Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed after they are successfully received and confirmed. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, public holidays, and other operational circumstances. We may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to confirm order details where necessary.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time will depend on the customer's location and the courier service used. Typical delivery may take approximately 2–5 working days, although remote areas or unforeseen circumstances may require additional time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier delays
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Customer unavailability
- High order volumes
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
3. Shipping Charges
Applicable delivery charges will be displayed or communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed. Shipping charges may vary depending on location, order size, weight, or available courier services.

Orders below Rs.2,950 are subject to a flat delivery fee of Rs.210.
4. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. AQ Herbals is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
5. Failed Delivery
If a courier is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, cannot be contacted, refuses the package, or provides an incorrect address, additional delivery charges or other arrangements may apply for re-delivery. For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated refusal or failure to receive orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
6. Damaged Packages
If your package appears seriously damaged, opened, leaking, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please document the condition and contact AQ Herbals as soon as possible. Photographs or videos may be requested to assist with the investigation.
7. Product Storage After Delivery
Customers should store products according to the instructions provided on the product packaging. AQ Herbals is not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery.
