Refund & Return Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible through our available customer-support channels.

Due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or tampered with. For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, opened or used products may generally not be accepted for return.

If you receive a damaged product, leaking or broken package, incorrect product, or a product significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. You may be asked to provide photographs or videos of the product and packaging so that we can investigate the issue. Where the issue is verified as our responsibility, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

If a refund is approved, the refund amount and method will depend on the circumstances of the order and the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact the customer to arrange an appropriate refund method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

AQ Herbals is generally not responsible for damage caused after successful delivery due to improper storage, mishandling, exposure to unsuitable temperatures, contamination, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions.

Some products may have additional return, storage, usage, or safety requirements. Where applicable, these conditions will be communicated on the product page or product packaging.

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

• The product has been opened or used
• The product has been intentionally damaged
• The product has been improperly stored
• The customer ordered the wrong product or quantity
• The customer changes their mind after receiving a correctly supplied product
• The return request is made outside the applicable return period
• The product is returned without required supporting information
